On Saturday March 17 Greenwich Police stopped a car with an expired registration on West Putnam Avenue.
The driver, Ronald Tutsky, 78, of 187 Sheephill Rd in Riverside was discovered to have an outstanding arrest warrant.
He was placed under arrest and charged with Failure to Appear 2 for an incident on New Year’s Eve 2017.
He was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on April 2, 2018 and was released on $450 bond.
