A Cos Cob man was charged with a DUI and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane after an incident on Nov 19 in the area of Park Place and East Putnam Ave.
Around 2:00am, Greenwich Police on patrol in the area of East Putnam Ave observed a vehicle traveling east and swerving several times.
Through further investigation it was determined that the vehicle’s operator, later identified as Thomas K Graf, 59, of 36 Strickland Rd in Cos Cob had red glassy eyes and the odor of alcohol. Graf was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.
Graf has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 2. He was released on a $250 bond.
