Duo Busted for Using Stolen Credit Card to Pay for Hotel Rooms

On Friday around 2:45am Greenwich Police knocked on the doors of two hotel rooms at the Delamar.

According to Greenwich Police Lt John Slusarz officers responded to a report that men had paid for two rooms at the hotel with a stolen credit card.

Adrian Frazier, 29, of Mount Vernon, NY, and Nathaniel Scott, 28, of  Tempe AZ were charged in the incident.

Mr. Frazier was charged with Identity Theft 3, Conspiracy to Commit Identity Theft 3, Credit Card Theft, Conspiracy to Commit Credit Card Theft, Conspiracy to Commit Larceny 4, Larceny 4, and Illegal Possession of Marijuana. He was able to post his $5,000 bond and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 7, 2019.

Mr. Scott was also found in possession of Marijuana. He was charged with Possession of Marijuana under 4 oz,  Larceny 4, Identity Theft 3, Credit Card Theft, Interfering with an Officer, Conspiracy at Larceny 4, Conspiracy at Identity Theft 3, and Conspiracy at Credit Card Theft. He was unable to post his bond of $10,000 and has a court date in Stamford on Oct 7, 2019.
