On Saturday around 5:30am Greenwich Police responded to Frontage Rd at Delavan Ave in Byram on a report of a driver slumped over his steering wheel.
Upon arrival police identified the driver as Timothy Reed, 45, of Norwalk.
Police say Reed had a strong odor of alcohol and did not perform field sobriety tests to standard.
He was charged with DUI, Traffic Control Signals and Improper Turn. He was able to post his $250 bond and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on March 23, 2020.
