On Sept 22 around 11:00pm Greenwich Police responded to Valley Rd at Waterfall Lane on a report of a possible intoxicated operator who was driving erratically.
Through investigation at the scene police determined that the driver, Eric Q Weber, 31, of Hoyt Street in Stamford, had slurred speech and smelled of alcohol.
Mr. Weber admitted to officers on scene to recent alcohol consumption. He was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.
He was charged with Failure to Drive in Proper Lane and DUI. His bond was set at $250, which he was able to post. He was assigned date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 7, 2020.
