On April 22 around 7:15am Greenwich Police observed a driver fail to signal when merging into the roadway in the area of 242 Hamilton Avenue.
A motor vehicle stop was conducted. Upon investigation, police detected a strong odor of alcoholic beverages emanating from the driver, identified as Jennifer Persinger, 28, of 1296 Midland Ave in Yonkers, NY.
Ms. Persinger failed to perform field sobriety tests to standard and was charged with DUI in addition to Failure to Use Turn Signal.
She has a date in Stamford Superior court on May 7, 2018.
