On Feb 18 around 6:00am Greenwich Police responded to Gold Street on a report of loud music coming from a parked car.
Upon arrival, officers noted that the suspect, Luis Angel Morales, 30, of Hamden, CT, who was alone in the car was observed asleep in the driver’s seat with the engine running
Police said that after the suspect was awake, he refused to participate in field sobriety tests. He also refused to comply or answer any questions.
Morales was charged with DUI, Failure to Comply with Fingerprint Requests, Interfering with Officer/Resisting.
He was unable to post the required 7% of his $50,000 bond and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on March 5, 2025.
