Driver Asleep in Car by Glenville War Memorial is Charged by Greenwich Police

On Jan 20 Greenwich Police responded to the area of 266 Glenville Road on a report of a man sleeping inside his parked car.

The car was parked on the grass between the war memorial and the sidewalk.

Police say Juan A Reyes-Villegas was slumped over. The keys were in the ignition and his car was running.

Mr. Reyes-Villegas was charged with Failure to Drive in Proper Lane and DUI. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 3, 2021.

His bond was set at $250.
