On June 1 at about 11:45pm, Greenwich Police responded to Bertolf Rd on the report of a physical altercation. Investigation revealed that the offender and the victim became engaged in a verbal dispute when the offender, Luis Ricardo Garcia, 25, pushed the victim into the bushes causing an injury to the victim’s hand.
Mr. Garcia, of 10 Bertolf Rd, was arrested for Assault 3rd degree and Disorderly Conduct. He was able to post a $1,000 court set bond and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on June 2.
