Greenwich Police responded to central Greenwich on a report of a fight on Sunday Dec 2 around 8:00pm.
On scene investigation revealed that Martin Marusak, 47, of 20 Harold street had gotten in a fight with the victim.
He was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief.
He was able to post his $1,000 bond and was assigned the next available court date, Dec 3, 2018 in Stamford Superior Court.
