Billy Johnson, 53, of 32 Armstrong Court in Greenwich was arrested for an incident on N Water Street in Byram on Aug 9.
On Tuesday around 5:45pm, Greenwich Police Officers were dispatched to the area of 13 North Water St on a report of a man who had been pepper sprayed due to a recent road rage incident.
The investigation revealed that Billy Johnson of 2-32 Armstrong Ct, and the male subject had gotten into a verbal altercation after a driving complaint on North Water St.
During the argument, Johnson pepper sprayed the male subject in the face and then fled the scene. Greenwich Police were able to located Johnson within the area shortly after.
Johnson was given a Misdemeanor Summons for Disorderly Conduct. He has a court date on Aug. 16, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.
