On Thursday Greenwich Police responded to Cos Cob on a report of a Violation of a Protective Order. It was reported that a male subject on scenes believed to be intoxicated and screaming.
While on scene, police determined that Max Moreira, 71, had violated a Protective Order, was outside screaming at the Victim, and that a judge had told him to stay away from the residence.
Moreira was taken into GPD custody, processed for Criminal Trespass 1, Breach of Peace 2 and Violation of Protective Order.
Moreira’s bond was set at $1,000, which he was unable to post. He was assigned the next available court date, Friday, July 1, 2022 in Stamford Superior Court.
