Paulo Dalmoura, 48, of 69 Cos Cob Ave was arrested and charged with Evading Responsibility and Failure to Drive in Right Hand Lane after he turned himself in at Greenwich Police headquarters on Aug 3 for an incident stemming back to June 26 on Cos Cob Ave.
Dalmoura was released on a Promise To Appear and was assigned a court date of August 10, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.
