Gedward Enrique Alba of 197 Hamilton Ave was arrested on May 15 after an incident at about 4:30am on Berrian Place in Byram.
On Sunday Greenwich responded to Byram on a report of a physical altercation. On scene investigation revealed that the altercation had taken place between two people and Mr. Alba was arrested for Assault 3rd degree and Disorderly Conduct. He was able to post his court set bond of $500 and has a court date of May 16, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.
