On the afternoon of Nov 26 Greenwich Police were in the Apple Store on Greenwich Ave when they spotted a suspect take two pairs of Apple air pods from a shelf and hide them in his jacket pocket before leaving the store.
An Apple Store manager reviewed security footage and confirmed the suspect, Spenser Tracey Crumbsie, 53, of Augustus Manor in Stamford, had placed two boxes of air pods in his jacket pocket.
Mr. Crumbsie was charged with Larceny 6 and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 11, 2019.
