On Thursday, June 27, Greenwich Police responded to Byram on a report of a physical altercation.
Investigation determined that the suspected offender, Santiago D Ventura, 29, (no address provided) had engaged in a physical altercation with the victim that caused minor injury to the victim and engaged in an unruly and tumultuous manner.
Mr. Ventura was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Assault 3.
He was released on a promise to appear in court the following day, June 28.
According to the CT Judicial Branch, Ventura is due back in court on Sept 5, 2024.
