On Sunday night around 8:00pm Greenwich Police responded to an address in Byram on a report of an altercation.
On scene investigation revealed that a fight had occurred and the victim sustained a visible injury as well as damage to his property.
Police arrested Oscar Brito of Lexington Ave in White Plains, NY, and charged him with Assault 3 on an Elderly Victim, Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief 3.
His bond was set at $2,000 which he was able to post and he was assigned a date of Feb 24 in Stamford Superior Court.
