Angry Customer at Enterprise Car Rental Arrested in Greenwich

On June 21, 2017 a woman was arrested on a warrant for a past incident at Enterprise Car Rental.

According to Greenwich Police, a woman had a disagreement with employees at Enterprise she thought were holding a car for her.

The customer, Fatayshia Livingston, 33, of 223 Weaver Street in Greenwich, had come down and learned the car she wanted had been rented out to someone else.

Livingston was charged with Breach of Peace 2 (misdemeanor) and Threatening (misdemeanor).

During the arrest, Ms. Livingston was non-compliant with police. She was additionally charged and Interfering with an Officer.

Her bond was set at $150,000, which she was unable to post. She was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on June 28, 2017.
