On Wednesday, Dec. 2, Greenwich Police responded to Stamford Police Dept to take a prisoner with an active warrant into custody.
Juan Garcia, 45, of 253 William St Apt 1 Rye Brook NY was 30 at the time of the original incident, which was a DUI on Patterson Ave. He was arrested and brought to Greenwich Police Dept where he was charged with Failure to Appear 2nd degree.
He was unable to post his court set $1,000 bond and was held at Greenwich Police station. He was assigned a court date of Dec. 9, 2015in Stamford Superior Court.
