On Nov 26 Greenwich Police responded to North Water Street to serve an active arrest warrant.
Maria A Hernandez, 46, of 95 North Water Street was arrested for Violation of Probation.
She was transported to Greenwich Police headquarters and processed.
Her bond was set at $25,000 which she was unable to post. She has a date in Stamford Superior Court on December 10, 2018.
According to the CT Judicial Branch website, Hernandez was originally arrested in Oct 30, 2016 by CT State Police Troop G.
In March 2017 she was found guilty of Violation of Protective Order.
In Aug 2017 Hernandez was sentenced was sentenced to 5 years Jail, execution suspended after one year, and five years probation.
