Due to Health and Safety risks posed by the significant rise in Covid cases, we have been effectively put in a position of having to change our original locations for our meetings.
On Wednesday, Greenwich Schools announced that they were no longer able to host meetings at the public school locations.
Town Hall also implemented strict capacity limits for public events. Although we agree with the spirit of these measures, the results left us in a bind.
Therefore, the RTC has had to scramble to change our venues for next week’s caucuses. In doing so, we were able to keep the dates in place, although there are meetings whose times have had to be altered due to our having to use the same facility for multiple meetings.
Below is the new schedule for the RTC District Caucuses. An amended public notice will be issued in Friday’s Greenwich Time.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding. This was not an easy situation to remedy, especially under the current widespread presence of Omicron variant throughout Greenwich.
