The single family home was built in 1910. It sits on .16 of an acre on Ollie’s Creek.
According to the building department at Greenwich Town Hall since the house was built before 1940, demolition requires a 45 day wait, which started on March 31, 2019.
The end of the 45 day wait is May 14 and the first date the permit is eligible is May 15, 2019.
