Greenwich Real Estate Report: July 23-30, 2021

This week’s highlights in Greenwich real estate:

• 21 new to market listings (-11 from last week)
• 35 sold properties (-4 from last week)
• 11 price reductions (-9 from last week)
• 23 contingent contracts (+9 from last week)
• 30 pending contracts (-3 from last week)

Things are slowing down a bit towards the second half of summer, which is to be expected. We will likley see more activity come Septemeber and perhaps more than we have seen in past years, excluding 2020. The market is still strong and homes are still selling quickly with fewer days on market.
