The Riverside Association’s Annual Meeting will take place on Thursday, January 22, 2026. Please join us at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church (Selleck Hall, 200 Riverside Ave) at 6:00pm for refreshments, with programming beginning at 6:30pm.
This year’s meeting will focus on major land-use and community planning issues shaping Riverside’s future. In addition to providing an update on completed and ongoing projects across the neighborhood, the meeting will include presentations on two important initiatives that will soon impact our community: the renovation of Riverside Elementary School and the proposed subdivision of the land surrounding St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
A Q&A session will follow, offering attendees the opportunity to ask project-specific questions.
“This year brings meaningful changes to Riverside, and our goal is to ensure residents have clear, accessible information and a strong voice in the process. We hope neighbors will join us, get informed, and stay engaged,” said Kristin Luntz, President of the Riverside Association’s Board of Governors in a release.
In the meantime, please help spread the word about the Riverside Association and encourage friends and neighbors to sign up for their e-news and follow them on social media.
The Riverside Association’s purpose is to promote the interests and welfare of the residents and property owners of the community known as Riverside.
