LWV, YWCA and GAR to Host: JUST THE FACTS – How DesegregateCT Would Impact Greenwich

The LWV Greenwich together with the YWCA Greenwich and the Greenwich Association of Realtors will host a
panel discussion on March 31 from 1:00-2:00pm about zoning reforms being proposed by DesegregateCT in Hartford this legislative session and
how they will affect Greenwich. Some of these proposals are part of a bill now before the CT legislature for its
consideration.

Sara Bronin, Founder and lead organizer of DesegregateCT, will focus on proposals to increase affordable
housing options in Greenwich and across the state.

Melissa Kaplan-Macey, Connecticut Director of the Regional Plan Association, will briefly discuss the current
housing situation in Fairfield County.

Greenwich planning officials, Margarita Alban and Katie DeLuca, will talk about their proactive and ongoing efforts
to address housing inclusivity in our town.

The panel discussion will be followed by Q & A.

Attendees may submit questions when registering for the event.
