This year, LWV Greenwich will conduct two debates for this fall’s election on October 15. Candidates from both parties for the State Senator District 36 and State Representative Districts 149, 150, and 151 will participate.
Both debates will be held in the Town Hall Meeting Room as per below. Attendance in the Town Hall Meeting Room will be limited.
Remote viewing will be provided.
36th District State Senator Candidate Debate

Moderator: Kay Maxwell, a past National and Connecticut League of Women Voters president. A Greenwich High School student will assist her.
LWV Greenwich presents the State Senator and State Representative candidate debate with questions submitted in advance upon registration. Participants can attend in person or remotely; please select your preference when registering. A link to stream the event

A bipartisan Screening Committee of at least two League Board members will review questions submitted by attendees to prioritize them and to ensure that all candidates can answer the question.
