The Greenwich Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the return of its annual Sidewalk Sales Days, one of the community’s most anticipated summer traditions. Taking place Thursday July 9 to Sunday, July 12, the event will transform Greenwich Avenue and its surrounding side streets into a vibrant open-air marketplace filled with shopping, special promotions, and community activity.

Nearly 80 local retailers and businesses are expected to participate in this beloved Greenwich tradition, which attracts thousands of shoppers from across Fairfield and Westchester counties each year. Visitors can enjoy exclusive deals from their favorite Greenwich Avenue storefronts, discover new local businesses, and experience the energy and excitement of downtown Greenwich throughout the four-day event.

New for 2026, registered participants may choose to locate their Sidewalk Sale displays either inside or outside their stores, providing businesses with additional flexibility while maintaining the festive atmosphere that has made the event a summertime favorite.

The Chamber is also expanding its Non-Storefront Vendor Village, giving shoppers the opportunity to discover businesses that don’t have a presence on Greenwich Avenue. The Vendor Village will span two locations: in front of the Wallace Center, at 299 Greenwich Avenue, and on the lawn in front of the Board of Education directly across the street. On Sunday, the Sidewalk Sale’s first-ever Nonprofit Village will debut on the Wallace Center lawn alongside the Vendor Village. The village will showcase local organizations, providing another opportunity for the community to connect and engage.

Sidewalk Sales run Thursday through Saturday from 9:30am to 6:00pm and Sunday from 10:00am t0o 5:00pm.

Parking is available throughout the event at the Pickwick Plaza parking garages, including one located at 200 Greenwich Avenue (entrance on West Elm Street) and another at 1 Pickwick Plaza (off East Putnam Avenue, adjacent to Sotheby’s Realty). In addition, Greenwich municipal lots and nearby street parking are available.
