Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services, a division of The Ashforth Company, announced that The Halsam Company awarded Ashforth the property management assignment for Putnam Plaza, a premier retail property located at 68-90 East Putnam Avenue in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Putnam Plaza is a 28,300-square-foot retail property located in downtown Greenwich on Route 1.
Anchored by Whole Foods Market, the property is positioned within one of Fairfield County’s most vibrant retail corridors, surrounded by a mix of upscale shopping, dining, and professional services, with close proximity to Greenwich Train Station and Interstate 95. Other tenants include Asiana Café, Salon Mimoza, Starbucks, and Choice Pet.
