A bigger authority may be necessary in some local issues, say racism and other forms of exclusion and ostracism, but not in the case of gas powered leaf blowers.
As I TRY to write this while the ROAR of multiple gas powered leaf blowers interfere with my thoughts. And – nary a leaf is in sight on this cold December morn.
THANK YOU to our First Selectman Fred Camillo for having the guts to propose the Chair of our town’s so-called Board of Heath resign. About time! Perhaps a total regime change should be considered as well.
On my Christmas gift wish list: Our RTM votes in the gift of peace for its residents this new year – with NO sunset clause.
I wish all residents and peoples everywhere peaceful and joyful holidays.
Respectfully,
Monica Prihoda
