Letter to the editor from Carol Ducret:
I have used the Town Clerk’s office over the years and it has always been very efficient and a welcoming place to get everything answered. But this past year, I had a personal problem that involved an issue in Switzerland and no one seemed to be able to help me.
I finally asked Carm if she had any knowledge of the particular declaration that I needed and she knew the answer immediately. She proceeded to give me the correct form and finally I was able to end my frustration. I must say I was so impressed with her knowledge.
She has used that knowledge over the years to keep improving her office and making it one of the best-run Town Clerk’s Office in the state.
