The YMCA of Greenwich is kicking off their annual Welcoming Week festivities with a free International Breakfast event on Friday, Sep 8 at 9:00am. Guests of the event are encouraged to bring breakfast dishes to the potluck to celebrate and share their international heritag
This Welcoming Week, the YMCA of Greenwich will join Welcoming America, other YMCAs and organizations nationwide to celebrate immigrants’ contributions to communities and bring together all residents in a spirit of unity. Each year, Welcoming Week elevates the growing movement of communities that fully embrace new Americans and their contributions to the social fabric of the country. The event is an opportunity for neighbors— both immigrants and U.S.-born residents—to get to know one another and celebrate what unites people as a community.
Welcoming Week festivities will continue throughout the week and culminate with Family Fun Day on Sunday, Sep 17 at 11:00am. Free and open to the entire community, this event will include guided tours, family swim, a bouncy house, popcorn, and more.

In celebration of Welcoming Week and all it represents, the YMCA of Greenwich will be offering a free week trial to all guests and $0 Joiners fee to those that decide to become a member anytime from Sept 8-17.
The free trial pass grants a visitor access to all YMCA member amenities, including pickleball, pickup basketball, lap swim in our 50 Meter Olympic-sized Pool, family swim in the warm-water Alumni Pool, and group exercises fitness classes.
