It’s easy for unemployed professionals to become overwhelmed with feelings of frustration and fear. A period of unemployment or underemployment is one of the scariest and uncertain times people can go through in their lives. While those feelings are understandable, they are also damaging to a job search. Unemployed professionals too often have their career search obstructed by their own disempowering mindset.

In his presentation, Jason Hyde, will explain 3 vital things unemployed professionals must understand to dissolve feelings of frustration and fear and replace them with courage, excitement and peace of mind.

The St. Catherine’s Support Circle was formed in 2009 to support people seeking jobs in a challenging economic environment. The group continues to encourage participation by both job seekers and those interested in providing their advice and support.
