Paper Shredding Event is Rescheduled

Paper Shredding is scheduled for Saturday, October 10, after being cancelled in spring.

Shredding trucks are sponsored by The First Bank of Greenwich and Santaguida Sanitation to provide this important service for residents. Volunteers from Greenwich Recycling Advisory Board and Greenwich Green & Clean will run the event.

Cost per box of paper is $2. Exact change is required. Maximum boxes of paper per car is 5.

The event will be held at Island Beach parking lot between 9:30am and 11:45am on Oct 10 for Greenwich Residents. Details will be posted in early fall.

COVID protocols, including face mask for everyone and exact change-cash dollars only, will be implemented.
