Chabad’s Grand Menorah Lighting in Greenwich Set for Dec 9

At a special meeting of the Greenwich Board of Selectmen on Nov 30, the board voted unanimously to approve a road closure for Chabad Lubavitch’s annual Hannukah Menorah lighting, set to take place on Saturday, Dec 9 at 6:15pm outside the former US Post office (now home to RH) at the intersection of Greenwich Ave and Arch Street.

The lighting and celebration is free and open to the public.

Afterward, there will be a Unity for Israel concert with performance by rapper Nissin Black at 7:30pm at the New Chabad Center located across from town hall at 38 Field Point Road. (Adults $40; Children $20)
