Greenwich Council, Scouting America, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristi Edmonds, District Executive, as its newest team member.
Ms. Edmonds brings several years of experience in volunteer engagement, youth enrichment programming, and community partnership development to the Council.

A graduate of the Rutgers University School of Social Work, Edmonds has dedicated her career to fostering youth-centered programs that strengthen communities. Her people-oriented leadership style, enthusiasm, and deep commitment to the values of Scouting will help elevate the Scouting experience for youth and families across Greenwich.
“Kristi’s expertise and passion for Scouting make her a tremendous asset to our Council,” said Ray Garrison, Scout Executive/CEO of the Greenwich Council. “We are confident that her leadership will continue to inspire growth and engagement among our volunteers, Scouts, and community partners.”
Outside of her professional role, Edmonds enjoys hiking, backpacking, and spending time with her family.
The Greenwich Council, Scouting America, looks forward to the positive impact Edmonds will bring to its mission of preparing young people for a lifetime of character, leadership, and service. Adventure, leadership, service and learning, especially outdoors, have remained essential to the Greenwich Scouting experience since its inception in 1912.
Hundreds of local youth participate in programs run by dedicated volunteers, all of which help prepare local boys and girls for life. With several partnering organizations and Cub Scouting, Scouts BSA, Venturing and Exploring opportunities in Greenwich, Connecticut, there’s never been a better time to join the Scouting community.
