Following the success of his bestselling Witness to Dignity, Levenson’s latest work opens the door to deeply personal, faith-filled conversations with twelve prominent cultural figures, including Denzel Washington, Jane Goodall, Amy Grant, Gary Sinise, Condoleezza Rice, Sam Waterston, Admiral William McRaven, and others.
In a culture where public expressions of faith are often muted, these leaders speak candidly about the transformative power of Christianity in their personal and professional lives.
Through Rev. Levenson’s unique lens as a spiritual advisor to public figures including the late President George H.W. and Barbara Bush, Levenson engages his subjects in wide-ranging, intimate discussions—inviting readers to hear about behind-the-scenes stories, surprising moments, and powerful insights from these conversations. Whether you are curious about the role of faith in leadership, inspired by celebrity testimonies, or seeking to reflect more deeply on your own spiritual journey, this evening promises to be both thought-provoking and heartening.
Tickets on sale now: $35 includes the talk, a copy of the book, wine & cheese reception, and book signing.

About Courage + Faith:
In a rapidly changing world, what new ways of worship and community might reignite a sense of spiritual relevance for those searching for meaning? How can we reflect God’s love in a culture that often seems disconnected from faith? How do we unite with compassion in an era marked by deep divisions and global unrest?
Courage & Faith is a dynamic speaker series designed to explore these questions. In partnership, Rev. Justin Crisp from St. Barnabas and Rev. Marek Zabriskie from Christ Church Greenwich provide thought-provoking lectures, artistic performances, and immersive spiritual experiences to inspire, challenge, and equip individuals to live out their faith with courage and purpose in today’s complex world. Together, we hope to spark meaningful dialogue about what it looks like to follow Jesus with authenticity and boldness in our daily lives.
