Christ Church Greenwich’s free Sunday Forum Talk on Oct 18 at 11:15am will be feature ambassador Jon Huntsman being interviewed by his daughter Abby Huntsman Livingston, a television journalist known for her work on ABC’s The View, Fox News, and MSNBC. The talk is titled, “The State of the World: An Ambassador’s Perspective.”
Ambassador Jon Huntsman will share a rare insider’s perspective on today’s greatest geopolitical challenges, what they mean for the United States, and why the choices made now will shape the decades ahead.
Ambassador Huntsman was ambassador to both China and Russia—the only American ever to do so. In all four of his Senate confirmations, he was confirmed unanimously. He brings a rare, bipartisan perspective on the forces shaping our world today.
Republicans and Democrats alike repeatedly turned to him for some of America’s most challenging diplomatic assignments, and every one of his four Senate confirmations was unanimous.

Abby Huntsman Livingston is a television journalist and anchor having previously hosted shows at a variety of networks. She was named one of Forbes 30 under 30 for media. She continues to fill in as Host of ABC’s The View and was co-anchor of Amazon Prime’s first ever Presidential Election Night Coverage alongside Brian Williams.
Before Amazon, Livingston was a full-time co-host of ABC’s Emmy® Award-winning daytime talk show “The View.” Livingston joined ABC from Fox News where she served as an anchor and reporter as well as host of “Fox & Friends.”
She recently launched her own podcast, “I Wish Somebody Told Me,” bringing advice and inspiration from newsmakers and consequential figures of our time.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Livingston serves her community, including the Board of Greenwich Academy and the Brunswick Parent Association. She and her family are members of Christ Church.
