Greenwich Police arrested a New Rochelle, NY man on Jan 9 by warrant.
Police said the warrant stemmed from an investigation into an incident on South Water Street.
Investigation determined that on Nov 22, 2025, Jesus Tlatelpa, now 37, struck the victim unconscious, then proceeded to brawl with several attendees at a birthday party.
Tlatelpa was charged with Disorderly Conduct (misdemeanor) and Assault 2 (class D felony).
His bond was set at $50,000, which he was able to post. According to the CT Judicial Branch website, he is next due in Stamford Superior Court on March 4, 2026.
