Greenwich Police announced that at about 5:30am on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, they assisted the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force in the execution of a court-signed, fully extraditable arrest warrant on the west side of town.
The warrant was issued for a violent fugitive wanted in connection with an attempted murder case. The suspect was located and taken into custody without incident.
Police said there was no ongoing threat to the community.
