UPDATED: GPD Seek Identity of Man in Photos Regarding Unwanted Touching Complaint

Greenwich Police are investigating an incident that took place on Saturday around 7pm.

Police say the incident took place when a 17-year-old girl was walking her dog directly in front of Walgreens and Fitness Edge on East Putnam Ave.

The subject approached a 17 year old female, took hold of her hand, and attempted to kiss her. The female was able to break away from the male and contact GPD..

An unknown man described to be approximately 30-40 years of age, with short hair, average build, and possibly of Asian descent walked up to her and started to talk to her about her dog.

The man then grabbed her hand and told her how pretty she was.

The victim attempted to pull her hand back and get away. The man then attempted to kiss her and rubbed his face on hers.

The girl was able to break free of the man’s grasp and ran away.

The man quickly walked into the parking lot and entered an unknown vehicle and left the area in an unknown direction.
