On Aug 31 Greenwich Police responded to a motor vehicle accident in the area of Delavan Ave and Frontage Rd in Byram at 2:40am.
Police say the driver of one of the vehicles involved, Martha Julissa Maduro, 47, of 42 Brookside Drive had a suspended license due to a DUI.
She was charged with Driving with Suspended License-Alcohol. She was assigned a court date on Sept 16, 2019.
