On Wednesday, Oct 10 around 2:00am Greenwich Police observed a car traveling east on East Putnam Ave with no headlights on.
Police stopped the car and determined the driver, Donyae Brown, 27, of Taylor St in Stamford, was under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs after he did not perform field sobriety tests to standard.
He also was driving without a license.
Mr. Brown was charged with DUI, Driving with No License and Failure to Display Lights.
Police held Mr. Brown on a $250 bond. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 15, 2018.
