On Sunday, Sept 27 around 10:30am Greenwich Police responded to the area of Milbank Ave and Lexington on a report of a car crash.
Police say the driver, Daniel Fraser, 28, of Brunswick Field in Greenwich, had glassy eyes and the odor of unburnt marijuana emanating from the vehicle.
Fraser did not perform field sobriety tests to standard and was charged with Failure to Drive in Proper Lane, Operating While Under the Influence, and Failure to Carry Operator License.
He was also charged with Possession of Marijuana Less than 1/2 Oz and Possession of Controlled Substance.
He was released on $250 bond and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 13, 2020.
