Police arrested a Worcester, MA many after a report of a person trespassing at 1700 East Putnam Ave in Old Greenwich, the address associated with the office building next to the Hyatt.
Police say that while investigating the incident it was determined that the subject, Kenneth Scott Arsenault, 51, had previously been warned by police that he was not allowed on the property.
Arsenault was charged with Criminal Trespass 1. He was released on a promise to appear and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Sept 11.
