On Oct 2 around 6:00am, Greenwich Police responded to Pemberwick on a report of an altercation between a man and woman.
Investigation determined that Sean C Combs, 56, of Greenwich, had slapped the victim across the face with an open hand, leaving an abrasion on her head, threatened to hurt her, and said he would kill her.
Combs was charged with Assault 3, Threatening 2 and Disorderly Conduct.
He was able to post his $1,000 bond (10% cash option) and assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 4, 2021.
