Failure to Appear Charge for Man Known to Greenwich Police

On June 15 Greenwich Police took Jeffrey A Ricci, 26, of Rye Brook, NY into custody on an active arrest warrant for failure to appear. His bond was set at $25,000.

Ricci was 23 when he was arrested and charged with Larceny 4, Fraudulent Use of ATM and Identity Theft on Aug 1, 2018.

He had another arrest on Jan 7, 2020 when he was a passenger in a Honda Civic when it was stopped the area of Arch Street and Horseneck Lane by Greenwich Police Narcotics section who were conducting surveillance to execute an arrest warrant on Charlee Rodriguez of Davis Ave.

Ricci was found in possession of a bundle of suspected heroin, syringes, and approximately three individual bags of heroin. He was charged with Possession of Narcotics (a Felony), Possession of Less Than a 1/2 Oz of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear in court.

Another arrest took place on Dec 10, 2019 when Ricci was charged with Larceny 6, Conspiracy to Commit Larceny 6, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Use of Drug Para Excpt less than 1/2 oz.

According to the Judicial branch website Ricci was charged with Larceny 4 on Nov 30, 2017.

He was charged with Fraudulent Use of Auto Teller and his first Violation of Probation on Dec 1, 2017.

He was charged with Failure to Appear on March 5, 2020.

His next court appearance is in Stamford on July 14, 2020.
