On Oct 22 around 4:30pm, Greenwich Police units responded to a residence in Cos Cob on a report of a person who pulled a knife on a victim during an argument.
During the investigation it was determined that an argument had occurred. The offender, Max Moreira, 68, of Cos Cob admitted that he pulled out a knife on the victim and threatened to stab him.
Furthermore, during the investigation it was determined that two juveniles were present during the argument.
That resulted in two counts of Risk of Injury to a Child for Mr. Moreira, in addition to charges of Disorderly Conduct and Threatening 2.
He was able to post his $5,000 bond and was assigned a court date the next day in Stamford Superior Court.
