• 33 sold properties
• 8 price reductions
• 17 contingent contracts
• 43 pending contracts

It’s been a very quiet two weeks, as far as new listings are concerned, due to the holidays. It is expected that we will begin to see more listings in January and activity should increases slightly each week until February. By February 1, we will likely see a very active “spring market” come early this week.
