Old Greenwich was swarming with cops on Wednesday morning. They traveled from Monroe, Waterbury, Norwalk, Wilton, and as far away as California. The Coffee with a Cop event at Upper Crust Bagels punctuated two days of training that focused on breaking down the us-versus-them image of police, and working to build relationships with in the community between residents and police.
