Assistant Town Attorney Aamina Ahmad said the town legal dept determine the motion to amend a proposed ordinance to direct 50% of fire dept fees to the Affordable Housing Trust Fund was not in legal order.

RTM member Brian Raney from district 9 joined Moderator pro tempore Alexis Voulgaris in seeking to succeed Tom Byrne in the position of RTM moderator.
Bea and Peter Crumbine spoke of Mr. Simon’s selflessness, partnership, and friendship. They also praised his commitment to Greenwich, noting that in addition to his work with previously mentioned organizations, he also played significant roles with the Greenwich Land Trust, the League of Women Voters, the United Way and the Bruce Museum.
